In a thrilling night race in Pensacola, Florida, 13-year-old Kieran Harvick made history by becoming the youngest-ever winner of the Snowflake 125. He also clinched victory in the Pro Lade Model Race on his first attempt. The race, extending until about 1:30 a.m. local time, saw Luke Baldwin begin from pole position, while Kieran, son of 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick, started 15th and steadily climbed up the leaderboard. By lap 40, he was among the top five, although Kaden Honeycutt, the reigning Snowball Derby champion, held the lead until the race paused at lap 75.

After the restart, Harvick overtook Honeycutt but soon dropped back to fourth, only to swiftly regain momentum and re-enter the contention. With 25 laps remaining, 15-year-old Tristan McKee, who had earlier won his debut ARCA race, led briefly before Harvick passed him and maintained the lead through a late-race restart, crossing the finish line near 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The final top five included McKee in second, Honeycutt third, Isaac Kitzmiller fourth, and Baldwin fifth, with Luke Yarborough, Jimmy Renfrew Jr., Gabe Brown, Evan Schottko, and Connor Jones rounding out the top ten.

Fan Take: Kieran Harvick’s groundbreaking win is a thrilling sign of NASCAR’s bright future, showcasing the rise of young, talented drivers eager to make their mark. This victory not only continues the Harvick family legacy but also energizes fans by highlighting the next generation of racing stars poised to shape the sport’s coming decades.
