i’m back. Season 2 of the made-for-TV virtual golf league TGl returns to TV screens on Sunday. It’s the kickoff of the 2026 season, but things are rapidly changing.

Atlanta Drive GC will play New York Golf Club in the first of 15 games on the schedule. This is a rematch of last year’s final. In 2026, the top two teams will meet in the SoFi Cup in March.

Golfers line up their shots on the green at SoFi Center during the TGL golf match between Jupiter Links and Los Angeles Golf Club on January 14, 2025 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Who are the golfers participating in TGL Season 2?

There are six teams in total, with three players (from each four-person team) participating in each match. After all, the entire six-man roster is back as it was a year ago. However, some adjustments will be made here and there.

  • Atlanta Drive GC: Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel, Lucas Glover.

  • Boston Common Golf: Rory McIlroy, Keegan Bradley, Hideki Matsuyama, Adam Scott

  • Jupiter Lynx GC: Tiger Woods, Max Homa, Tom Kim, Kevin Kisner

  • Los Angeles Golf Club: Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Rose, Sahis Segala.

  • New York Golf Club: Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick, Rickie Fowler, Cameron Young.

  • The Bay Golf Club: Shane Lawrie, Ludvig Aberg, Windham Clark, Minwoo Lee

Atlanta’s Justin Thomas will miss some games after recently undergoing back surgery. Jupiter’s Tiger Woods also went under the knife recently, and his return is unknown.

Woods said he plans to be on-site for all Jupiter Lynx games and will also be on the microphone for television broadcasts and trash talk.
