Caitlin Clark Reveals Exclusive Insights into Her Upcoming 2026 Nike Signature Shoe

WNBA star Caitlin Clark’s Nike signature shoes are set to debut in 2026, but she recently shared some exclusive insights into their design, including features never before seen. As part of her collaboration with Nike, Clark unveiled a signature logo, clothing collection, and a new commercial in 2025 featuring appearances by college coach Lisa Bruder, rapper Travis Scott, comedian Michael Che, and Kelce brothers Jason and Travis. Earlier this year, Fever Guard chatted with the Kelce brothers on their podcast, discussing the new commercial and the much-anticipated signature shoe.

Clark revealed they’ve been working on the shoe for a long time, with plans for her to wear it during the next season. She began the design process near the end of her senior year at the University of Iowa, following the expiration of her initial NIL contract with Nike. After receiving offers from Adidas and Under Armour, she committed to an eight-year, $28 million deal with Nike. The star guard spent about a year and a half refining the shoe to ensure comfort and uniqueness. Before the signature line, she frequently wore custom Kobe Bryant Player Edition shoes, but she emphasized the new design wouldn’t mimic Bryant’s style, aiming instead for something distinctively her own.

Clark, selective about which Bryant shoes she wears, insisted her signature model would match or surpass the technology in Bryant’s line. Although she didn’t disclose specific tech details, she promised it would include innovative features never before seen in basketball footwear. She’s also enthusiastic about exploring various colorways and brand collaborations. A devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, Clark teased a Chiefs-themed colorway, which her brother—Kansas City’s tight end and ESPN personality—can’t wait to get his hands on.
