Milos Kerkez may be heading for Liverpool this summer, but Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes are said to be keeping an eye on another left-back.

Kerkes discussing with Liverpool

This summer, the new left-back is considered a strengthening priority, with Andy Robertson no longer an old force, and Costas Tsimicus definitely not the level needed to become the Reds’ regular starter.

Bournemouth Ace Kerkez has emerged as a Liverpool’s main option at left back, and Hungary reportedly agreed to personal terms with the Premier League champions for his summer trip to Anfield and decided to hold talks.

The 21-year-old could be a great signing for the Reds, sparkling Cherry throughout the season, leading to Gary Neville’s team for the season in Monday night football.

Meanwhile, Robertson discussed Jamie Carrager about his future at Liverpool. “I’ve only got a year left, so I hope you (fans) can help you make the same noise around new contracts just like Mo and Virgil’s ones! Maybe you (Carragher) can stop tying the club with other left backs!

The Reds are thought to be “moving to the background” for the 17-year-old, and are about to raid during the summer transfer window before Atalanta and Turin.

Even the most enthusiastic Liverpool supporters will have a hard time claiming to be a Barranca expert, given his age and the fact that he still doesn’t represent Palermo at the advanced level.

Left back has made 50 appearances under 17 and under 19, and the fact that the Reds’ height club is tracking him speaks of his long-term potential.

Barlanka came as a future star in Liverpool and was initially able to enter the academy setup or even be loaned out and sent to help him develop.
