Eddie Hall Delivers Devastating Knockout in Unconventional 2-on-1 Boxing Showdown Against Influencer

This isn’t Eddie Hall’s first time squaring off against two influencers simultaneously in an unusual 2-on-1 boxing match.

Over recent years, Eddie Hall, the former Strongman champion, has explored various combat sports, including arm wrestling and boxing. After dedicating years to training, “The Beast” made his highly anticipated MMA debut last year, controversially defeating Mariusz Pudzianowski inside the cage. Now, just months after that first fight, Hall finds himself involved in yet another unconventional situation.

Following his quick rise in MMA, many expected the 38-year-old to continue competing—possibly even against former UFC heavyweight champ Francis Ngannou, who is reportedly still seeking new challengers. Despite a lull in news about Hall’s next martial arts move, he hasn’t shied away from taking part in offbeat and entertaining events. Last Wednesday, a viral video showed Hall engaging in a strange two-on-one boxing match against two influencers.

This isn’t new territory for “The Beast,” who earlier this year delivered a brutal knockout against two featherweight fighters simultaneously in a match dubbed “Freak Fight.” However, this most recent encounter didn’t go entirely in Hall’s favor. His opponents were Dean Alex (Dean.dodd), known for tackling odd challenges from his 750,000 followers, and Kristen Hamby, famous to her 8.2 million fans for prank videos. During the fight, Hall knocked Dean Alex down multiple times but was also tagged by some significant punches himself in what was an unusual brawl. Fortunately, Hall wasn’t looking to cause injury, so all participants left the bout intact.

Considering his trajectory, it seems likely that Hall will step back into the MMA cage at some point this year. Still, with influencer boxing gaining momentum, his next fight could just as easily take place inside a boxing ring rather than the MMA cage.

Fan Take: This story highlights how fighters like Eddie Hall are bridging traditional combat sports with influencer culture, bringing fresh attention to both arenas. For fighting fans, this crossover signals new opportunities and challenges in how the sport evolves and engages a broader, digital audience.
