LeBron James has cited strong points against former players who criticize current generations of NBA stars.

LeBron James has been an incredible supporter of the sport of basketball throughout his career. The Los Angeles Lakers have long been considered the face of the NBA.

This is a role that carries many responsibility. James is an icon and respects all of them, young and old, some players.

And that’s the role James takes very seriously. He always points to stand up to the current generation of players.

He did that again. When discussing with today’s players, we aim to be unnecessarily tough for the previous generation.

On his “Mind the Game” podcast, LeBron James spoke with NBA legend Steve Nash about how recent former players discuss modern games.

He admitted that his nostalgia for these players is diminishing as they may have denounced the current star for doing what they had done before.

“I loved it growing up, but sometimes I don’t want to love the game you grew up in.

“And I’ve never seen MJ Live, but I came from a small town outside of Cleveland – when Cavs got the chance to play him, it was exciting…”

“But now, that generation talks so much about today’s games. It makes you go back and see those old games.

“They say, ‘We can’t be friends,’ or ‘Why are you smiling on the court?” Then someone stands next to the final, laughs, can we write your film? ”

LeBron James is absolutely right when dealing with critics of the previous era. This doesn’t mean that today’s players are criticised.

But when these criticisms delve into something like a bitter dig of a bitter star, it’s when the spirit of the game is forgotten.

LeBron respects the previous era as he acknowledged that they shaped his game. But respect is two-way.

James does an incredible job as a mentor and basic figure for the next generation of NBA stars, and does his best to make sure they are set up well to move the game forward.
