The New York Yankees scored a 12-2 victory over track and field in the final meeting of three matches, winning the “series” 2-1 overall, finishing second in the American League.

One guy to remember certainly was Yankee rookie Ben Rice hit a glorious home run and even on the receiver of two vicious hits.

Despite hitting these nasty feet, Rice hit Homer in five innings, but was part of the Yankees’ 15-hit run to win a match at Sutter Health Park.

The victory was much needed for NYC after losing 11-7 in his previous encounter with athletics and delivering uncharacteristic performances.

Another man back to his best was Yankees star Aaron Judge.

Rice spoke about his performance level from the judge and was given only his 33-year-old flower. The rookie claimed it was another day in the office for Yankees teammates.

Rice said: “Another day in the office for him. It’s crazy. You sometimes catch yourself taking what you do for granted, but it’s very impressive to see.”

The judges’ performance so far has been incredible, already hitting 14 home runs and are now sitting at the top with the most homers of the season hits.

Praise cannot just be judged as Rice fights adversity back in the fifth inning, crushing 398 feet to give NYC an 11-1 lead.

Rice said about his personnel: “I was looking for something I could drive. Luckily I was able to have a good number of batters there and I was able to get a good swing on it 3-1.”
