The $2 Pick 6 at Santa Anita carries over $52,044 for Friday’s races, while the $1 Sunset Pick 6, which includes the final three races from Santa Anita and Gulfstream Park, has a carryover of $43,878. The total pool for Santa Anita’s $2 Pick 6 is projected to reach around $350,000.

The pick-six carryover at Santa Anita started on Sunday when Rizzleberry Rose claimed victory in the eighth and final race for trainers Juan Hernandez and Peter Arton, paying out $14.20. In the seventh race, Little Tinker El, ridden by jockey Ricardo Ramirez and trained by Jesús Urangue, won and paid $37.80, igniting the potential for a carryover. A consolation prize of $1,062 was awarded to tickets that matched five of Sunday’s six winners.

Sunday’s Pick 6 winners at Santa Anita, beginning with the third race, included No. 1 Everyday Saturday ($7.80), No. 1 Joker Wentwild ($3.80), and No. 3 Surfing USA ($10), followed by No. 4 Windribbon ($7), No. 7 Little Tinker El ($37.80), and No. 13 Rizzleberry Rose ($14.20).

Friday’s $1 Sunset Pick 6, which offers a player-friendly 15% takeout and is available exclusively to retail customers, kicks off at 12:50 p.m. with race eight at Gulfstream Park.
