As reported by a newspaper, Real Madrid is looking to acquire Phil Foden from Manchester City in the summer of 2026. The Spanish club views Foden as “the final and most significant addition to the New Galacticos lineup,” according to sports boom.

Foden shares a strong friendship with his England teammate Jude Bellingham, who plays for Madrid. This relationship is seen as a “major advantage” that Los Blancos hope to leverage to convince Foden to join them at the Estadio Bernabéu. Furthermore, Paris Saint-Germain is also rumored to be keen on signing Foden during the same summer window.

Nevertheless, Manchester City has no intentions of letting go of Foden in the near future and is expected to offer him a lifetime contract. Foden is an integral part of Manchester City’s first team, showcasing significant potential. The club plans to propose a weekly salary of £400,000 to the England international, who has made 353 appearances, scored 110 goals, and provided 65 assists for City.

Fan Take: This news is crucial for soccer enthusiasts, as it highlights the intense competition among top clubs for elite talent, shaping the future landscape of the sport. Foden’s potential move could greatly influence team dynamics in La Liga and the Premier League, making every upcoming match even more thrilling for fans.
