Jonathan Lear’s future slid under the radar compared to his World Superbike Championship rivals.

Things like Toprak Razgatlioglu and Nicola Bulega continue their talks that include potential switches to MotoGP.

However, the six-time WorldSBK Rea is reportedly considering his options for 2026.

This will be REA’s second year since leaving Kawasaki, having an overwhelming switch to Pattaya Maha.

“Johnny looks around,” Italian publication gpone It has been reported to be a stupid season.

“So are teams including Go Eleven.”

The report added that REA is “rending” the paddock “in searching for alternative solutions.”

Jonathan Lea inherits Andrea Iannone’s bike?

Go Eleven Ducati currently has Andrea Iannone on his bike, but he has also experienced a below start until 2025.

Iannone is 78 points behind top independent rider Danilo Pelucci in WorldSBK’s ranking five rounds after the second season of his comeback from a four-year ban.

Iannone has a broken leg after an incident at the Czech Worlds Brown over the weekend.

There are no indications that Go Eleven Ducati has lost patience with him, but his team is reportedly valuing the market as Iannone’s contract expires at the end of the year.

The Ducati Panigale V4 will be a temptation for many WorldSBK riders.

Rea was asked at best for his future updates, but replied dullly, “No.”

REA missed the opening part of this season due to injuries in preseason Tests on Philip Island.

His year has been a difficult struggle since then, and his P10 finish in Race 1 is his biggest achievement of the most recent weekend.

At 38, the switch to Ducati was theoretically able to bring life to Leah’s career.

Similarly, Scott Reading returned to the Ducati machine this year to reinvigorate his own career.
