Anthony Edwards suffered another ankle injury in match 1 of the Western Conference Finals against OKC, but he quickly brushed it off after the game.

There’s no problem with Anthony Edwards’ injuries

Anthony Edwards appeared to be struggling with an ankle injury again on Tuesday night, but for the first time this season he was shoved into the locker room midway through the game.

After driving into the basket in the first half, Ant-Man crunched awkwardly to his ankle.

Edwards was only in the locker room for a few minutes before returning to the floor in the second quarter.

After the game, when asked if he had any ankle pain, Ali simply replied “No” as he struggled in the second half.

“I definitely have to shoot more. I only took 13 f—-shots,” Edwards continued. “Maybe you get off the ball a little bit more. Play without the ball. That’s the answer. They play with the ball, so they’re just double and sitting in the gaps all day. You have to go to the movies and break them apart.

The 22-year-old scored just five points in the second half after returning from the locker room, despite dismissing rumors that he was suffering from injuries during the game.

The normally dominant Minnesota star scored just 17 points, making it 5-13 from the field on another characteristically poor night.

Timberwolves loses game 1 to dominant lightning

Shy Gilgauss Alexander once again led the Thunder offense to a compelling victory over the Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.

Shai could be named MVP before Game 2 on Thursday night, with the award winners expected to be announced by the NBA on Wednesday.

Jalen Williams has another good game, with 19 points and appears to have finally found a scoring touch after a difficult start to the postseason.

On the loser, Julius Randle was not helped. Once again, the former Nick was shining with a team-high 28 points. No one else in Minnesota scored over 20 points.

Randle averaged 24.3 points per game in the playoffs so far this year, showing significant improvements to his form compared to his previous postseason when he was well known.
