Manchester United’s pursuit of a world-class striker has come at a significant hurdle.

One of the club’s goals, which has been on the radar for months, reportedly dissatisfied with the lack of progress in negotiations, and is now discussing it to join another team.

According to Foot Mercato, Victor Osimhen of Napoli Striker had a discussion with Saudi Arab club Al-Hilal.

The attackers did it after a lack of interest from Man United, focusing on other targets in the market.

Sources close to the situation show that the forward feels underrated and wants a club that shows a clear commitment to securing his service.

The need for new strikers increased at the club after failing in the Europa League final against Tottenham.

Man United is about to revamp their attacks

Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have been struggling to perform on the side of Reuben Amorim this season.

The club is reportedly being sold to sell both of these attackers before the summer transfer period.

Amorim’s side is targeting the moves of wolves attackers Matheus Cunha and Liam Delap of Ipswich Town Striker.

The pursuit of both of these attackers shifted focus from Osimen, and the Naples attackers now moved to other suitors in the market.

The 26-year-old scored 36 goals and provided eight assists to Galatasaray this season.

Osimen is on his way out of Naples this summer after the Italian giant decides to say goodbye to him.

The attacker wanted to leave the club in a permanent move, even last summer, but the move didn’t come true and he ultimately had to settle for the loan move.
