Real Madrid are already reportedly ready to consider letting Dean Huyssen go, with clubs such as Liverpool and Arsenal reportedly potentially in luck.

The talented young centre-back joined Real Madrid from Bournemouth last summer after impressing in the Premier League.

However, Huyssen hasn’t been entirely convincing since his big move to the Bernabéu, with Fichages now reporting he could be available for just £54m.

The Spanish newspaper did not name the specific clubs that were considering signing Huyssen, but in less than a year he has been very strongly linked with all three clubs – Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Dean Huyssen will continue to attract the attention of Premier League clubs

As Fabrizio Romano reported last summer, Huyssen was on the radar of all three teams: Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, as seen in the post on X below…

Huyssen’s form during his time at Bournemouth certainly means those clubs will still be keen to see him return to England if there is really any chance of him returning.

As reported by BBC Sport at the time, Fijages also said the Spain international’s transfer fee could be just £4 million more than what Real paid for him in the summer.

Not a bad price to pay for a talented young player who is perhaps experiencing a bit of uncertainty this season as he is at a new club following a managerial change and other issues.

Dean Huyssen could still be a key signing for Liverpool

Arsenal already have the quality and depth in defense, so it probably doesn’t make much sense to target Huysen first.

However, Liverpool have conceded many goals this season, and with Ibrahima Konate’s contract expiring, there is an urgent need to strengthen this department.

We still think this is a great deal for LFC. It is reportedly very adapted to their current needs and available at a very generous price…
