Chelsea are looking to add more cutting-edge players to their final third and believe the Georgia international could become a fundamental pillar of their system next season. The west London club are willing to pay a premium to get the deal done and are about to begin contract negotiations with the player.
According to reports from Spain, Chelsea have emerged as the most attractive option for Kvaratschelia.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal or Liverpool will be able to convince the player to join the club. They could use more quality players on the flanks as well. Arsenal need an upgrade from Leandro Trossard and Liverpool need a replacement for Codi Gakpo.
Kvaratschelia has the quality to change all three clubs in attack. He has proven himself in France and in the UEFA Champions League. There is no doubt that he has the physical and technical attributes suitable for English football. He could make an immediate impact in the Premier League.
Although the asking price is quite high, players can justify the investment. He could be a game changer for all three clubs. Kvaratschelia has contributed to 15 goals so far this season.
It will be interesting to see where he ends up. He is at the peak of his career, helping PSG win the league title and the UEFA Champions League last season.
