Players Championship 2026 Round 3 Tee Times, Pairings, and Fields

After a rain-soaked Thursday, the second round of the 2026 Players Championship greeted players with ideal scoring conditions, with some of the game’s biggest stars reaping the benefits.

Ludwig Oberg shot a 9-under 63, almost tying the course record, and took the sole lead at 12 under, followed by Xander Schauffele, who shot a 65 and was close behind at 10 under. Other big names like Cameron Young, Justin Thomas, Sepp Straka, Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Russell Henry and Matt Fitzpatrick lurk in the top ten. A thrilling weekend awaits at TPC Sawgrass as players battle it out for one of the season’s most coveted trophies.

The big question heading into the weekend is whether the winds will pick up to bring back the solid, fast conditions seen early Thursday morning before the rain, or whether Mother Nature will keep enough moisture on the course for players to continue attacking at Moving Day in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

No matter what, the Stadium Course can always produce some drama on the weekend, and even if someone has a healthy lead or it’s crowded late on Saturday and Sunday, the leaders still have to stare at the island green on the 17th and the dreaded tee shot on the 18th before safely reaching the clubhouse.

See a complete list of third-round tee times at TPC Sawgrass below. Also, check out the complete 2026 Players Championship TV schedule and coverage guide.
