Manchester United are interested in bringing James Garner back to the club at the end of the season.

The 25-year-old has performed well since joining Everton and Manchester United scouts have been extremely impressed with him. They believe he has developed into a leader at Everton and could be the perfect midfielder Manchester United are looking for.

Sports Boom reports that signing a midfielder is not easy. Everton will not want to lose a key player like him and manager David Moyes sees him as a ‘future captain’.

According to the newspaper, the player could cost around £55 million if Manchester United call him up in the summer. It is no secret that we need more quality spaces in the middle of the park. The 25-year-old will add physicality, drive and defensive coverage to the team.

The 25-year-old is well established in the Premier League. He could make an immediate impact at Old Trafford. He has spent his career at Manchester United, knows the club well and will be able to help improve the team.

It will be interesting to see whether Manchester United make a contract offer for the player in the summer. The midfielder may feel he has unfinished business at Old Trafford. Manchester United could give him the opportunity to compete in the UEFA Champions League next season and fight for the trophy.

Manchester United believe he can solve the team’s lack of “leadership and discipline” in the engine room. Garner is more than just a quality player. His ability to organize the defensive line and vocal organizational skills could be an asset to Manchester United. Additionally, he can play multiple roles and his versatility will be an added bonus.
