Will Crisencio Somerville leave?
The only way he leaves West Ham in the summer is if West Ham lose. They are currently fighting to remain in the Premier League. It remains to be seen whether they can finish the season well and secure a spot in the top league next season. Meanwhile, the report adds that Leeds United would also consider a move for the Dutch international if it is safe to do so. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop.
Leeds could use Somerville
Somerville has had a decent run at West Ham and a return to Leeds United could be an interesting option. Los Blancos need more quality in attack and the 24-year-old could help improve the team. He knows the club well and will be able to make an immediate impact. He has contributed 11 goals this season and could add a new dimension to Leeds’ attack.
West Ham, on the other hand, lack depth in attack and cannot afford to lose the Dutch attacker. They will be desperate to keep him at the club for as long as possible. There is no doubt that we have the players we need to stay safe in the Premier League. Nuno Espirito Santo is an experienced manager and could play a key role in the team’s survival.
