Report: Arsenal preparing to sell ‘great player’ for £70m in summer

Arsenal are prepared to sanction the departure of Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz at the end of the season.

Jesus recently returned from injury and has struggled to feature in games for the London club. He needs to leave to play more often. It’s no surprise that Arsenal are prepared to let him leave. He is not guaranteed as a starter for them, so they should look to acquire the Brazilian and invest the proceeds back into the team.

According to reports from Spain, they are willing to sell Jesus for 40 million euros in the summer. Meanwhile, Havertz could be sold for a fee of around 80 million euros after falling down the pick list at the north London club. The Germany international has not made the impact he would have liked since joining Arsenal, but he has shown glimpses of his quality from time to time and has scored some important goals for the club.

Havertz made 104 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 33 goals and providing 16 assists.

According to the newspaper, Arsenal are willing to sell both players for significant sums in the summer as they view Victor Gokeres as the centerpiece of their future attack.

Arsenal hope to fight for the league title and the Champions League next season. In order to achieve good results in multiple tournaments, we need a more complete team. Keeping several quality players at the club should be a priority for them. Havertz and Jesus are dynamic attackers who can play multiple roles and perform at a high level. They will prove to be very useful to the club in the future.

Havertz, in particular, is a technically gifted player and tactically very smart. He has been described as a “great player” by his teammates. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop.
