Arsenal are interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Ibrahim Maza at the end of the season.

The talented young midfielder has been linked with the Premier League, with several clubs showing interest in him. According to a report from FussballDaten, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are also interested in the playmaker.

Arsenal want to sign a quality player to replace Martin Odegaard. The Norwegian international has not been at his best this season and Arsenal feel Maza could be the “ideal piece of the puzzle” for them. The 20-year-old Algerian has scored five goals and provided six assists this season.

Signing the playmaker could cost around €65 million at the end of the season, but it remains to be seen whether Arsenal are prepared to pay his asking price. He’s a young player with a lot of potential, and while he may not be worth that much now, he could justify investing in his future.

The opportunity to join Arsenal could also be exciting for the young midfielder. It would be a step up in his career and if he joins he will be playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world. Arsenal have a rich history of developing young players into stars, and they could help players reach their potential.

It remains to be seen whether they will come forward with any parties involved in signing the player. Manchester City, Tottenham and Newcastle also have the resources to make a deal happen.

Tottenham have struggled in the final third this season and need more quality there. Maza will help open up defenses and create chances for his teammates. He can function both as a central attacking midfielder and as a central midfielder. His versatility will be a bonus for the north London club.

Maza will need to join a club where he plays regularly next season. It remains to be seen whether Arsenal or Tottenham can provide him with the security he needs.
