The 23-year-old also has no future with the Reds and his agent is said to be working to secure a move for him, with contacts being made with the club at Elland Road.
The attacking midfielder is not wanted by Liverpool or Aston Villa, but he has gained plenty of experience in the Premier League, scoring five goals and providing 13 assists in 99 top-flight games, and could make a big contribution elsewhere.
The former Blackburn Rovers man, who shares the same agency as Anton Stutch, has also made a name for himself at Ewood Park, contributing 18 goals in 41 Championship games in 2020/21.

Emery decided he did not want to sign the 28-cap England Under-21 international, who earns £65,000-a-week, but this poses a problem as loan deals are made permanent after 10 appearances.
The manager explained: “I spoke to him a couple of times about the situation. First of all, it’s my decision, but it’s also a difficult situation. He’s on loan, but he’s definitely not going to join us on a permanent contract.”
Elliott, hailed as “sensational” by Redmen TV’s Paul Machin during his time at Liverpool, will be hoping to flourish elsewhere after a completely wasted season.
