Micky van de Ven may be linked with a move from Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
TEAMtalk reports that the Dutch international is already considering a move away from the London club, regardless of whether they avoid relegation or not. He has been in excellent form since joining the north London club in 2023 and has been linked with a number of clubs in recent months.
According to the newspaper, the player’s agent has already informed Tottenham of his intention to leave the club this summer. Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in the central defender, who will also face competition from Real Madrid.
The 25-year-old is a promising talent with the potential to develop into a world-class player. He could be an asset to clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Chelsea need to upgrade players like Axel Disasi and Benoît Badiashile. The Dutch international is well established in the Premier League and could make an immediate impact.
Meanwhile, Liverpool will need to replace Ibrahima Konate in the summer. The France international is a free agent but has not yet signed an extension with the club.
Manchester United will need more depth in their defense. Even though Harry Maguire has signed a contract extension, he needs to start planning for the future and Van de Ven could be the ideal long-term replacement for the England international.
Tottenham are likely to command a premium for him and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
