Liverpool faced Crystal Palace in the Premier League today and won 2-0 thanks to goals from Alexander Isak and Andrew Robertson.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah played an up-and-down game and contributed to the start of the match. He came close to giving his team a penalty, but the referee’s decision was ultimately overturned by VAR.
Mohamed Salah gets a knock
Salah was out injured, with the Egyptian leaving the match clutching his hamstring.
Salah has already admitted that this season will be his last at Liverpool, and fans will expect him to miss his final game for the club.
It remains to be seen whether the Egyptian will be able to return to action for the remainder of the season.

Liverpool are hoping for Salah’s return
Liverpool are still fighting for Champions League qualification and need their best players to be hitting on all cylinders. Salah could be a very important option for them in the final third for the remaining games.
Moreover, the Egyptian wants Liverpool to finish the season on a good note and will aim to score goals and create chances in the remaining games.
The true scale of the damage is not yet known and it remains to be seen how the situation will develop. If he misses the remainder of the season with a hamstring injury, it would be a very disappointing end to his excellent Liverpool career.
Liverpool fans will be hoping he returns soon so they can give him the farewell he deserves.
