Leeds United are aiming to sign Santiago Bueno and Ladislav Kureishi from Wolves at the end of the season.
With Wolves set to compete in the Championship next season, both players will be tempted to take the next step. The opportunity to continue playing in the Premier League would be attractive for them. It remains to be seen whether Leeds can secure an agreement with the West Midlands club.

Leeds keen on Santiago Bueno and Ladislav Krejci
Manager Pete O’Rourke told Football Insider: “Bueno has been doing well for Wolves this season. He has played more this season than he has since joining Molineux in 2023 and I’m impressed.”
“Leeds have also been linked with Wolves team-mate Ladislav Krejci, so this is an area of the team that Daniel Farke really wants to improve on.
“This formation has been a revelation for Leeds and we will need to add options, especially if we continue to use three centre-backs.
“That’s why Bueno is one of the players they are looking at, and so is Krejci.”

Bueno and Krejci will improve Leeds
Bueno and Krejci have shown they have the quality to continue in the top flight and could be useful signings for Los Blancos. If they want to continue playing in the Premier League, they will need to tighten up at the back. These two players will definitely help improve our defense.
Both players are well established in the Premier League and could make an immediate impact. Leeds United are still fighting for survival in the Premier League but are in a good position to stay safe. In order to achieve good results next season, the team needs to improve during the summer transfer window.
Adding some quality defenders might be wise. We should aim to improve even in the middle of the park. It remains to be seen whether they will be able to make the necessary reinforcements in the coming weeks.
Wolves don’t want to lose key players in the summer, but they can’t stop players like Bueno and Krejci from leaving. Top players do not want to compete in the second division and are likely to push for transfers from their clubs.
