Paris Saint-Germain reportedly expect Achraf Hakimi, Lucas Chevalier and Warren Zaire-Emery to return for the Champions League final against Arsenal.

PSG recently defeated Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate in the semi-finals to book their place in the final for the second year in a row, while Arsenal defeated Atletico Madrid to advance.

Fans of both clubs will already be considering how to buy Champions League final tickets, but which players will be available for the big game in Budapest?

According to French journalist Fabrice Hawkins in the X-Post below, PSG manager Luis Enrique should bring back Hakimi, who missed the second leg against Bayern, but there is optimism regarding Chevalier and Zaire-Emery.

Latest information on the injury situation for the Champions League final

“PSG will miss the Champions League semi-final return leg qualifier against Bayern Munich, but Achraf Hakimi hopes to be available for the next final against Arsenal on May 30th,” Hawkins posted.

“Lucas Chevalier also needs optimism. Luis Enrique will manage the workload of the players in the upcoming games. Some of the starters returned from Munich with minor injuries, but nothing serious. The same goes for Warren Zaire-Emery, who has a minor back injury. The staff’s goal is to have a full team in the Champions League final.”

Can Arsenal beat PSG in the Champions League final?

Arsenal will definitely be the underdog against the reigning European champions, especially as they have been extremely unlucky with injuries this season.

PSG have a less demanding schedule and are expected to have everyone available for this important game, but Arsenal still have some very important games in the Premier League title race ahead of them.

Julian Timber and Mikel Merino are currently sidelined, with other big names such as Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz and Riccardo Calafioli also having intermittent problems throughout the season.

Mikel Arteta certainly needs as many options as possible if he is to stand any chance of an upset against PSG later this month.
