Victor Froholt could be a future investment
He could be an interesting long-term acquisition for Liverpool and Arsenal. They could use more creativity and technical ability in midfield and the 20-year-old would be a great option.
The player was recently asked about a possible move to the Premier League and revealed that he would like to play in the UEFA Champions League with Porto and intends to remain at the club beyond this season.
He told A Bola: “You can’t promise anything in football and you can’t predict the market. But what I want is to stay here. That’s the plan.”
“I love being here and I want to wear this badge and play in the UEFA Champions League. I’m very happy here and I want to play here again next season. I’ll definitely be at the Dragon next season.”

Froholt remains at Porto
This development will be a huge boost for the Portuguese club and they will be hoping to keep him beyond the season. He is an important player for them and they won’t want to lose him easily. Liverpool and Arsenal, on the other hand, need more cutting-edge talent and should aim to progress towards that goal. If the 20-year-old contract is not concluded.
Despite Liverpool investing heavily in Florian Wirths, he has not lived up to expectations and the team needs more creativity. Martin Odegaard hasn’t been at his best this season for Arsenal. Froholt could have been a convenient option for both clubs.
