Arsenal players celebrated winning the Premier League title last night as Miles Lewis-Skelly and Bukayo Saka hit back at the ‘Bottlers’ tag.

Despite dropping points in last night’s game against Manchester City and Bournemouth, leaving them four points behind with one game remaining, the Gunners are confirmed as champions for the 2025/26 season.

This ended Arsenal’s third consecutive run of second place, but Mikel Arteta’s side are often criticized for failing to win when it mattered most.

Now Arsenal players are clearly enjoying losing that tag when they finally cross the line, with the video below uploaded to Saka’s Instagram account…

Louis Skelly is seen holding a bottle of champagne and joking, “They called us bottlers, but now we’re holding the bottle!”

Arsenal still have a chance of winning a memorable Premier League and Champions League double

Arsenal’s season has already been a huge success, but it’s not over yet, with the club currently preparing to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.

Winning a title at last will give the players a huge confidence boost, but it will be interesting to see if that helps in a match where they are likely to be considered underdogs.

Arsenal have never won the Champions League before, and this will be their second time in the final against current European champions PSG.

For now, Arsenal will just want to celebrate their success as they prepare to lift the Premier League trophy at Selhurst Park this weekend.

However, the celebrations won’t last too long as they need to be in the right frame of mind for the trip to Budapest to face PSG at the end of the month.
