Sunderland sign Harvey Elliott?
Elliott should consider joining a club where he can play regularly. According to Football Insider, Sunderland are interested in signing the player, but it remains to be seen whether a deal can be agreed with Liverpool.
The 23-year-old will not want to sit on the bench for Liverpool next season. He left the club last summer so he could play every week. A move to Aston Villa didn’t work out for him and he needs to make a decision soon about his future.
Sunderland performed very well in their first season back in the Premier League after promotion. They finished in the top half of the table and secured qualification for European football in the following campaign.

Sunderland could use Elliott
They want to build on their impressive season and need to sign quality players if they are to do well in the Premier League and Europe next season. Elliott could be a great acquisition for them. The 23-year-old has shown his quality for Liverpool in the past and could be a key player for Sunderland.
The Liverpool midfielder has the technical characteristics to play not only on the wings but also in the center. His ability to create chances in the final third and find the back of the net could come in very handy for Sunderland.
Leeds are also interested in signing Elliott.
