Arsenal are close to signing Christos Tzoris from Club Brugge.
The 24-year-old had a great season with the Belgium national team last year, contributing 51 goals.
He has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent weeks, but it appears the Premier League champions have reached a verbal agreement to complete the deal. According to Ben Jacobs, they plan to pay the attacker 40 million euros.
He will replace Leandro Trossard, who has joined Turkish club Besiktas.
Tsolis is at the peak of his career and now is the perfect time to try a new challenge. A move to Arsenal would be an exciting one for him. They are one of the biggest clubs in the world and have a great team. Last season, they won the league title and reached the final of the UEFA Champions League. The Greek international will be hoping to win a big trophy with them.
Meanwhile, Arsenal would also be keen to sign Morgan Rodgers. It is clear that they have identified the team’s major weaknesses. They need more creativity and goals. Tzoris and Rodgers could be exceptional acquisitions.
It will be interesting to see if the 24-year-old Greek attacker can adapt quickly to the Premier League and make an immediate impact. There is no doubt that he has the technical characteristics to be an ideal option on Arsenal’s left flank. He is able to create chances for his teammates with his passing, vision and link-up play. And he has the ability to consistently aim for the back of the net.
