World No. 1 Scotty Scheffler has confirmed his entry for the Genesis Scotland Open next month.

The three-time major winner will take part in a field loaded at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick, Scotland. Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Justin Thomas, LudvigÅberg, Sepp Straka and Defending Champion’s Robert Macintyre are all scheduled to compete on July 10th-13th.

Schaeffler left his third title of the season at Memorial last weekend and finished third in his final appearance at Scotland’s National Open in 2023.

“We look forward to returning to Genesis Scotland’s opening next month,” Schaeffler said.

The Scotland opening is jointly approved by the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour in Europe.
