Arsenal and Man United have both been on the market for new strikers this summer, with both aiming for Viktor Gyoker. Sports CP men are expected to move to the Premier League following an incredible scoring season in 2024-25.

Recently, Man United has strengthened its interest in gyoker. They want to complete an offensive trident with Mateus Cunha and Brian Mbeumo. However, it appears that he will be reunited with Reuben Amorim at Old Trafford has decreased.

According to Mirror, Gyoker preferred to join Arsenal this summer, which is believed to have been communicated to the sport. The gunners have him and Benjamin Sesco as two candidates for the striker position, and despite recent moves by the RB Leipzigs, these developments were able to see them switch.

Sports is ready to sell Gyoker this summer in two years at the club, scoring 97 goals in just 102 appearances in all competitions. They are asking for more than £60 million, which is affordable for Arsenal.

While this news isn’t great for Man United, Gyoker is thought to be welcoming the move to Old Trafford if it does. And if Arsenal prioritized the signing of Sesco, it would give beaten Europa League finalists a very good chance to get their guys.

It is still unknown if Gyoker will be in the summer this year. Arsenal may have an edge right now, but there is still a possibility that the prolific Swedish striker will join former Man United manager Amorim.
