Arsenal continues to work on relocating RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesco, and players’ fees remain a major issue.

Leipzig general manager Marcel Schaefer and Arsenal sports director Andrea Berta met in London to discuss their recent transfers.

Meanwhile, it was also confirmed that Arsenal Chief Berta has kept Viktor Gyoker as another possible option.

Still, Sesko is Arteta’s preference, and the 22-year-old could also leave Leipzig this summer after it was confirmed that she missed out on qualifications for the Champions League.

It is not yet clear when the negotiation breakthrough will be hit, but there is no panic on Arsenal’s side. Also, no approaches have been confirmed from other Cesco clubs.

His record of 39 goals in 87 games in his two seasons at Leipzig may probably not be the best, but he has recently turned 22 and needs to improve with better service around him.

As Arsenal tends to dominate the ball and create more opportunities than Leipzig, Sesco should help him find the back of the net regularly at Emirates Stadium.
