It’s safe to say this season has been a kind of disappointment for Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s team scored 10 points from Liverpool in the Premier League, failed to create a dent in the FA Cup, and was able to realistically compete in the Champions League final with a better finish.

But while it’s easy to focus on the negativity, there were at least some positives, including the development and performance of Julien Timber, who stepped up seriously in the presence of Ben White.

Dutchman is now arguably one of the best signatures of the manager, and based on the report, it appears he can soon have another younger version of International.

Arsenal forwarding news

Before you reach the player in question, it’s worth seeing some of the other young talents Arsenal has linked in recent weeks, such as Adam Wharton and Konstantinos Karetsas.

The former is reportedly available for nearly £80 million this summer, which is a lot of money to spend on just 21-year-olds, but he’s more than proven his abilities at Crystal Palace and played a key role in this year’s FA Cup victory.

Meanwhile, Carretsus is a bit hard to justify at the whopping £28 million, which was seriously impressed in Belgium this season.

That being said, these two young people are extremely talented, but unlike Yorel pigeons, neither can be described as a kind of wood.

Yes, according to a recent report from Cated Offside, Arsenal is one of several teams that are very interested in the Ajax star.

The report revealed that alongside Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle United and others, Arsenal will already be in touch and find more information on possible transfers.

But in addition to having to challenge some serious competition, Andrea Berta and Co have to give up fees of up to 50 million euros to win a man of about £42 million.

It may be a complicated and expensive transfer to get over the line, but it is one of the Arsenals to fight, especially as he will become the club’s next wood.

Why do pigeons become Arsenal’s next wood?

Now it may sound like a bold claim to suggest that teenagers from outside the top five leagues could develop into impeccable fullbacks in the Real Madrid home and the Champions League.

But that’s exactly what we’re proposing, and there are several reasons for this.

First of all, Eridivation may not be one of Europe’s best leagues, but it’s just outside the top five and sits in sixth place.

In fact, the Gunners ace not only participated in the title challengers of Atteta in the same country, but also did so from Ajax, where Hato is currently trading.

Additionally, the pair is both Dutch and, in addition to appearing through Ajax Academy, they also share the ability to play in multiple positions, depending on what their manager wants and needs.

All statistics through the transfer market

For example, we all know that Timber is at his best at right back, but he has already played at left back in his career, but as he is also comfortable at centre back, he has already played at centre back and left back since moving to England.

Finally, we are not the only ones who see similarities, as respected analyst Ben Matinson describes the 19-year-old gem as “timber 2.0.”

In the end, he may not be cheap, but the pigeon appears to be destined to become a defender monster. So Arsenal should do what he can to bring him to the club as he could become a new wood.
