Arsenal switch attention to rival club “great players” after failing to land on a 27-year-old

Arsenal now sees Ollie Watkins as a potential target after facing dissatisfaction with Victor Gyoker’s pursuit.

They were unable to secure an agreement with the Portuguese club to sports the CP for the Swedish international. According to Portuguese publishing records, Arsenal has given strikers 55 million euros and a bonus of 10 million euros. However, they were unable to secure an agreement with the 27-year-old Sports CP.

It will be interesting to see if they can bring in quality strikers before the new season begins.

Ollie Watkins turns his eyes to Arsenal

Ollie Watkins reportedly rides their radar. England International has done very well for Aston Villa and he has been described as a “great player” in the past.

There is no doubt that he has the attributes to compete at the highest level, and he is certainly enough to play for Arsenal. He was able to convert them with attacks and turn them into real title contenders.

The Aston Villa Striker is more than just a goal scorer. His ability to bring others into play and link with his teammates makes him ideal for Arsenal’s style of football.

Manchester United was urged to sign him too.

The player was at the peak of his strength and he was able to make an immediate impact at Arsenal. The opportunity to join one of the nation’s biggest clubs may be appealing to him. He was also a boyish Arsenal fan.

The 29-year-old striker scored 17 goals last season and earned 14 assists along the way. He’s definitely going to be a massive upgrade for players like Gabriel Jesus and Kai Herberts. It will be interesting to see if Aston Villa is ready to move on to the players. He is their best striker and losing him would be a devastating blow to the club.
