Leeds United are currently pushing to sign the Midfield Star after announcing the arrival of Lucas Nmeka and reportedly agreeing to a deal to sign Udinese’s Jaka Bijol.
Leeds is set to sign Bijol after Nmecha
After a few quiet weeks, the summer transfer window in Leeds suddenly exploded into life. The first to pass through the door was nmecha on a free transfer from Wolfsberg. The Manchester City graduate returns to British football for the first time since leaving citizens and joins the hunt to ultimately make his mark in Premier League football.
It is set to join forwards on Elland Road. The Central Defender has enjoyed a solid season with Udinese and Serie A and is currently set to join the whites on a 22 million euro (£19 million) deal.
The 49ers have wasted most of their time on the transfer front line, and they may just start. Like Burnley and Sunderland, Leeds knows well the importance of getting things right in the transfer window to avoid an opportunity to avoid an immediate relegation to the championship.
All three sides are desperate to end the worrying trend that saw all of the last six promoted sides get instant relegated from the Premier League. But with Daniel Fark and his side up until now, it appears the 49ers are particularly prepared to suspend the trend.

Leeds is sure they’ll sign this star and he’ll be a major upgrade for Brenden Arson.
In addition to that belief, the American owners are reportedly already paying attention to another summer target after Nmecha and Bijol.
Leeds is pushing Noah Sadiki to sign with a £8.5 million bid
Noah Sadiki was his name in the heart of the headline this week. According to Sacha Tavolieri, Leeds filed an initial offer worth 10 million euros (£8.5 million) to sign Sadiki and contacted Union Saint-Gilloise about the potential deal.
However, in contrasting reports, reporter Joe Donnohew claims that there hasn’t been a bid yet, while Sadiki is the name of Leeds’ radar this summer. Reporting for Sky Sports, Tabolieri claims that the offer was made only to add to the headlines and beliefs that the 20-year-old midfielder could head to Elland Road sooner or later.
Sadiki, who was praised last season for his “excellent” performance against Ajax by U23 scout Antonio Mango, is certainly something to see this summer. However, it remains to be seen whether the moves reported by Leeds are successful.
