Nottingham Forest sets the sights for Liverpool players after Nuno’s request

Nottingham Forest is expected to be busy this summer as they prepare for the UEFA Conference League next season. Nuno Espirito Santo’s team needs to be fleshed out and there are many positions they intend to deal with.

Many foresters are linked to the big money movement, but they have a desire to stay on the ground in the city. New teammates are also being called for, with left backing being one area to be addressed.

According to a soccer insider, the former scout revealed that Nuno wants a new left back this summer. Liverpool’s Costas Tsimika is one of the club’s goals.

“At least Robertson or Tsimicus will leave Liverpool. They don’t want to have three left backs in the book that Kerquez is coming.

“Tsimikas did well when he came to the Liverpool side and had a few suitors. Nottingham Forest did due diligence on him.

“Nuno wants to bring in a natural left back. Of course he fits that bill. He’s not the only one they’ve seen, so we’ll see.”

Tsimikas is expected to leave Liverpool this summer. He featured 29 times last season, but only had nine starts in the Premier League. He is reportedly available for pay in areas ranging from 120-15 million pounds, and this figure certainly means the forests can afford it.
