The season may have ended with European glory for Chelsea, but Enzo Maresca’s men have a busy summer before them.

The West Londoners want to keep the Good Times up by winning the improved Club World Cup and heading towards the Red Hot form in the Premier League next season.

However, the board must maintain its efforts in the transfer window and bring more talent to the team to ensure they can go deeper into the Champions League based on their top five finishes.

Fortunately, recent reports have linked Bruce with talented scorers who could potentially be even better signing than Jamie Gittens.

Chelsea have already been incredibly busy this summer, already securing services from Ipswich town stars Liam Dellup, Strasbourg’s Mamado Sir and Sports CP Dario Esgo, but it appears likely that they will sign more talent in the coming weeks.

One of the most popular names for the move to the Blues is Borussia Dortmund’s Star Gitens, dating back to the British and clubs last October, but there have been reports that they have seriously intensified in recent weeks.

In fact, this week’s story argues that Winger is now a top priority for the people of West Londoner, but as things stand, he’s still a German Giants player.

Now he will definitely be an exciting addition to Maresca’s team, but another player is now being promoted for a move to Stamford Bridge, an even better signature: Joan Pedro.

According to a recent report from Transfers expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea is currently interested in the Brighton & Hove Albion star, which is “highly praised” by many at the club.

Additionally, Italian journalists have argued that initial contact has already been made and players will be allowed to leave this summer.

But while it may not be that easy to be said to be interested in Newcastle United, other reports claim that it would cost Segal about £700 million to let him go.

It could be a complicated and expensive transfer to get over the line, but with Pedro’s ability it’s worth fighting for, especially as he was a better signature than Gitens would sign.

Why would Pedro be a better signature than Gitens?

So, the first thing to clarify is that both Gitens and Pedro will be Chelsea’s great signings this summer, but for now, there are several reasons why the latter will be a better acquisition of the Blues.

The first is that he is simply a more productive attacker and therefore likely to enter the ground running in West London.

For example, in a total of 30 appearances, the “incomprehensible” Ribeire Pre-Pet Monster dubbed by analyst Ben Matinson, scored 10 goals and provided seven assists.

In contrast, the British scored 12 goals and provided five assists, but did so in 49 appearances in a total of 2,803 minutes.

On top of him, in addition to being more effective than the 20-year-old, the former Watford ace has far more experience, and most importantly, the experience of thriving in the Premier League.

Now, that might sound like an unfair stick to beat the Dortmund star, but as the Blues are aiming to do better than the Champions League qualifiers again next season, they need an attacker who will come straight to the team and be moved by the words that it won’t happen to anyone coming from another league.

Ultimately, Gitens and Pedro are both talented players who can bring a lot to Maresca’s team this summer, but the experience and proven output of the latter means he’ll be a better signing.
