Tottenham Hotspur is keen on Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semeño, but they have to break the transfer record to get the deal done.
Cherry wants a higher package than Tottenham paid Dominique Solanke. The North London Club will pay the English striker a £55 million add-on and £10 million add-on, and according to Ben Jacobs, they will have to pay more than £65 million to sign the Africans.
The 25-year-old is a key player at Bournemouth and it’s no surprise that he’s trying to demand a premium from him. While he is undoubtedly one of the best offensive players in the league right now, Tottenham might want to sign him for a more reasonable amount.
Tottenham needs Antoine Semegno
They need more depth in the sides and the 25-year-old can work across the front 3. He adds goals and creativity to the aspects. The opportunity to join the club in Champions League football is extremely exciting for players and we hope that the two clubs can secure their contracts.
Semeño scored 13 goals and scored seven assists last season. He settled well in British football and if he joined Tottenham he could have an immediate impact.
Players may fantasize about Tottenham’s moves
It would be a great opportunity for him to test himself at a high level. Tottenham players Richarrison and his son Heungmin are linked to travelling from the club and will need to properly replace those players. Signing a proven performer in the Premier League can prove to be a wise decision.
It will be interesting to see if Tottenham is ready to break the club transfer record to sign players.
