Liverpool continues to be linked to the moves of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isaac.

According to Fichajes, they are currently preparing another ambitious move after sealing off Florian Wirtz’s club record deal. According to the report, the Newcastle striker appeared as Arne Slot’s next big target.

Liverpool needs a striker

The Premier League champions are preparing an offer of nearly 120 million euros to close the transaction. Swedish International is an exceptional player who scored 23 goals last season. He also picked up six assists. Aside from his ability to score goals, he adds unpredictability and creativity to his attack on Liverpool. He can operate not only in the side but also in the role of a centre forward.

He is certainly one of the best players in the Premier League. He was able to change Liverpool with his offense. He will be a major upgrade for Darwin Nunes and Diogo Jota. Both players have been overwhelmed by Liverpool for the past 12 months and need to be replaced.

Meanwhile, Cody Gakupo has linked his move from the club, and it appears that Newcastle striker can fill in the blank he has left. The Dutch scored 18 goals last season, and he was a key player for the club.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Newcastle is one of the richest clubs in the world, and they want to bring together a scary team. They are not under pressure to sell Swedish international, but if the player is fishing at the exit, it could be helpless to stop him from leaving.

There were rumours that Newcastle could aim to agree to a new deal with players. If he refuses to sign an extension, they should seriously consider potential exits this summer.
