Crystal Palace attacker Ebeki Eze has linked his move away from the London Club this summer, with Arsenal keen to secure his signature.
According to Graeme Bailey, players are expected to move this summer in search of new challenges. Arsenal reportedly made inquiries to sign the player, and they see him as a left flank option.
It will be interesting to see if they can win the race for his signature.
Bailey said: “Arsenal sees him as a potential option on the left, so we actually enquired, just like Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United, Newcastle and Aston Villa.
Some clubs are enthusiastic about Eze
Arsenal will also face competition with Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United. All of these clubs have enquiries to the 26-year-old and it’s still unclear where he will end. He tries to join a big club where he can fight for a big trophy.
The player has released around £68 million on the contract, and Steve Parish is ready to accept the fees in installments. It certainly will make it easier for clubs who want to sign players. It will be interesting to see if Arsenal is ready to break the bank for him.
He has proven himself in Crystal Palace and the Premier League, and he has the ability to play for the largest club in the country. If he joins them, he aims to compete for the league title against Arsenal.
Can I keep King Arsenal?
Arsenal went well in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League last season. They will try to improve even further and win major trophies in upcoming campaigns. Signing someone like Eze is a wise decision.
He adds creativity to the sides. The player scored 14 goals last season and scored 11 assists. His numbers could improve when he plays for a better team like Arsenal.
