The group stage of the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup has wrapped up, revealing the quarterfinal matchups for the US men’s national soccer team.

Earlier, there was speculation about a potential encounter between the US and Mexico in the quarterfinals, which would have marked the earliest meeting of these rivals in the tournament’s history. However, with both teams successfully advancing, they can only clash in the Gold Cup final, which is set to take place in Houston, Texas, on July 6 (7 PM on FOX).

So, who will the USMNT face? They’ll go up against Costa Rica on Sunday, June 29 (7 PM on FOX). The winner will then move on to face either Canada or Guatemala in the semifinals.

The other side of the bracket is also determined; after defeating Saudi Arabia, Mexico will face Honduras, who beat Panama in their match.

As this tournament serves as the last competitive event before the upcoming 2026 World Cup—co-hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the US—it holds significant implications for the teams involved.

Quarterfinals:
Saturday, June 28 (State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona)
