Liverpool attacker Luis Diaz has linked his move away from the club at the end of the season, and Spanish costume Barcelona is eager to him.

The Spanish champion is keeping an eye on the 28-year-old tab, but has been warned against signing him this summer. Former Barcelona scout Bojan Krkic Sr. has revealed that he has been scouting Liverpool players for years, and he is too contradictory to his preferences.

Barcelona warned against the move

The former Barcelona scout went on to explain that Diaz is a great player who can surprise any team, but he can disappear in a few games with stretches. It will be interesting to see if Barcelona has decided to move for Colombia International in the future.

He states: “Lewis Diaz is a great player, but he lacks consistent performance. If I were at Barca, I wouldn’t sign him.

“He’s a player who wonders for you and then disappears in three games. Or in one game, he gives you 30 minutes of brutal time and disappears.

He was no doubt a key player for Liverpool. The Reds would want to hold him. Saudi Arabian clubs are also enthusiastic about Diaz.

The player has 17 goals for his name in all competitions, and he has won eight assists along the way. Barcelona could use more depth on the sides, and South America could be an ideal acquisition. However, Liverpool doesn’t want to lose him easily, so they can request a premium from the player.

It will be interesting to see if Barcelona is willing to break the bank for him in the coming months. They have won the LA La Liga this season and are hoping to win the Champions League next year. A quality signature certainly helps them achieve their goals.
