  • Why Liverpool must sell Jarrell Quanza
        • He’s incredibly incredible with Kerquez: FSG wants to sign a £50 million “tank” to Liverpool

The video went viral on social media following Liverpool’s 3-2 defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion on the South Coast. It portrayed Trent Alexander Arnold in front of a charge away crowd singing for the title-winning team.

However, Alexander Arnold did not cut the figure of the juvenile hero who played an important role in winning his second Premier League title. Certainly, the 26-year-old couldn’t read, but perhaps the more cynical he is among us, the more suggestive he looks lorn and moving.

The reality is probably simpler. Trent joined Real Madrid as a free agent this summer and met with critical responses after being booed by his own fans at Anfield last weekend.

It’s a subtle argument, but it’s a disappointing conclusion to the Reds’ career of one of Liverpool’s great contemporaries, and the rise from the academy is in line with the glorious success of Jurgen Klopp and the present Arne Slot.

However, he leaves with an atmosphere of hostility. And it’s really a shame that the whole saga wasn’t executed with more transparency and tact.

Harvey Elliott, for example, may join Alexander-Arnold to leave the club this summer, but definitely to a totally different reaction.

Elliott, 22, has been in Liverpool since he was 16 and has been participating from Fulham. He made 146 appearances for the club and earned 35 goal contributions.

Klopp hinted before he left, but one of his biggest regrets was that he didn’t give Elliott more playing time, but the slots have limited the rising midfielder’s actions to the part-time players’ actions, and his future is now questioning.

Elliott played against Brighton on Monday night, tapping from close range following an incredible job from Connor Bradley.

He also supported Dominique Sobosilai’s chance goal before halftime, but it was a “basket-like” pass rather than a flash of creative inspiration.

Still, Elliott demonstrated his efficacy when he was called this year, scoring five goals and taking three assists in all competitions despite only starting six times.

According to FBREF, Elliott is ranked in the top 3% of midfielders and wingers offensive across Europe this season.

Despite all this, there is a high chance that the younger playmaker will be on sale this summer, especially after post-match comments.

Newcastle United has been named Elliott’s admirers for the past few weeks, and while it’s a difficult drug to swallow, Ace may be right to admit that he needs to do the right thing for his career. FSG is seeking a £50 million fee to force him to leave.

And he is not the only young star facing x this summer. Liverpool probably needs to sell Jarrell Quanza as well.

Why Liverpool must sell Jarrell Quanza

In December 2023, Joel Mattip’s professional career ended suddenly. He didn’t know that at the time, but the experienced Liverpool centre half would be forced to retire due to an ACL injury sustained in a Premier League victory over Fulham.

Liverpool devoured a bit of string in the back, but Up stepped all 6ft 5 of Quanza from the academy. The previous year he was a fixture for League One Bristol Rovers, but played a key role in bringing Liverpool back to the Champions League.

Things haven’t gone that smoothly since Klopp left last summer. The 22-year-old may be sweating his future at Merseyside, where he is limited to his periphery roles in the slot system.

After a skilled start to senior life at Liverpool, Quanza stumbled. He hasn’t fallen on the roadside yet, but there must be concerns about his entire campaign. Tactically, Matt says, “Never plays, and when he has this season, he wasn’t good.”

The data pool is clearly smaller, but who can argue that since slots grabbed the reins, Quansa can be argued that he holds his high level? Who can say that young graduates are in a promised position in Liverpool and are confident in their chances of getting regular actions next year?

After playing an instrumental role in last year’s Carabao Cup clinch, Quanza is now the Premier League champion.

Given that he is welcomed with his “absolute monster” performance by talent scout Jacek Kulig, it is clear that the future will be bright for this young back. But his future is ambiguous for now.

There are many things you like about a powerful, dynamic, and good ball. Certainly there was a flash. Such moments are better defined by longer variations of phrases: the flash of bread.

He lacks something special that characterizes his Maiden campaign as a regular on the first team, and while there’s plenty of time for Quanza to return to the forefront, Liverpool is interested in cashing, and Newcastle may also be interested in defenders.

Football Insider has released a recent report suggesting that Quansa could be allowed to leave the loan this summer, but Magpies have registered interest in recent months, claiming that Eddiehau’s side in March is confident that they can seduce FSG in addition to bids worth £30 million.

Liverpool has needed cleaning this season, and it has proven a wise call to be reluctant to have the slot spinning a lot. Because the Reds are often upset when they play without the stars of the show.

Quansash may feel a bit of a scapegoat, but since Liverpool is in a big bucket move, cashing might be a good idea.
