Jakub Kiwior has been linked with a move away from Arsenal in recent months, allowing him to consider moving to Juventus in the summer.
According to Football Insider Mick Brown, the 25-year-old is interested in joining the Italian Giants if he can secure an agreement with the Premier League club.
He said: “From what I’ve heard, Juventus and some of the other Italian clubs have seen him.
“He moved from an Italian club to Arsenal, so he knows the leagues and countries that are constantly boosting these types of moves.
“The move towards Juventus is something he’s interested in if he can meet Arsenal’s asking price.”
Jakub Kiwior needs more game time
The Polish defender struggles with his regular game time at Arsenal and needs to play more frequently at this stage of his career. Arsenal is unable to regularly accommodate him in the starting lineup, and it makes sense for him to move on in the summer. Juventus has linked to the player and it remains to be seen whether they can provide him with a guarantee of the game.
The 25-year-old is a useful player for Arsenal and it will be interesting to see if Kiwior is willing to leave. They need deeper teams to do well in multiple competitions, and the multipurpose Polish defenders could prove to be extremely useful for them in the future.
He could shine in Juventus
The defender has previously played for Spezia and Italy and is well aware of the league. He could quickly settle down if he joined the club and immediately make an impact at Juventus. They are one of the biggest clubs in Italy and the opportunity to join them is very appealing, especially if they can provide him with regular football.
It will be interesting to see if the Italians will come forward with an official offer to sign defenders in the coming weeks.
