The Indiana Pacers will face the New York Knicks in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals this Saturday, with several standout athletes in attendance, including Kate Rinklerk from the Indiana Fever WNBA team. Rinklerk was among the spectators, describing the Pacers as the most remarkable comeback team she has ever witnessed, praising their persistence and determination as they rallied four times to advance in this year’s playoffs.

Clark shared that being in Indianapolis as a WNBA player during the Pacers’ playoff run has been an enjoyable experience. "It’s great to be in Indianapolis right now," Clark told ESPN. "People love basketball. It’s always been a basketball state. It’s exciting to be part of this." She watched the game alongside teammates Aliya Boston and Lexie Hull.

The Indiana Fever will next take on the Washington Mystics at home on Tuesday, June 3rd at 7pm ET. The game will be broadcast on NBA TV, WNBA League Pass, METV (Indianapolis), and Monumental Sports Network (Washington). Recently, Indiana fell to the Connecticut Sun in Indianapolis, with Clark sidelined due to a left quad strain.

Fan Take: This crossover between NBA and WNBA athletes highlights growing support and visibility for women’s basketball, strengthening the connection between the leagues. For WNBA fans, seeing their stars involved in high-stakes NBA events underscores the sport’s rising stature and the increasing respect for female athletes in basketball culture.
