Manchester United have been considering improving its offensive units this summer, identifying Callum Hudson-Odoi as a target.

The 24-year-old was outstanding for Nottingham Forest and helped secure a top-7 finish in the league. He was able to prove that Manchester United was a great acquisition if they could make the deal.

Manchester United also watches Brian Mbeumo and Antoine Semeño, according to Sky Sports.

Man United need a deep attack

The former Chelsea Academy alumni has regained his shape and confidence in Forest. He has been a key player of this past season. There is no doubt that he has the physicality and technical attributes to compete at a higher level, and he was able to improve Manchester United in the future.

They need more cutting edge and unpredictability in attacks, and the 24-year-old could be the ideal acquisition for them. He is exceptional when it comes to taking on defenders and beating them in one and one situation. He will help Manchester United open up deep defenses with his technical abilities and talent.

Hudson Odoy has been labelled in the past by former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard as “an incredible player.” He has all the tools to develop into a top-class player with the right guidance. He fails to make his mark at Chelsea and he will try to prove himself with another big club. The opportunity to join Manchester United may be difficult to refuse for him.

It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can convince Nottingham Forest to sell the players. He is an essential asset to them and they wouldn’t want to lose him easily. They were able to request a premium from the 24-year-old attacker.
