PARIS – Top-ranked Jannik Sinner’s overwhelming run went through the French Open and moved to the semi-finals with a 62nd place Alexander Bublik 6-1, 7-5, 6-0 victory on Wednesday.

Thinner, who lost to champion Carlos Alcaraz in the Final Four at Roland Garros a year ago, needed just an hour and 49 minutes to advance against Bablik, who confused No. 5 Jack Draper in the previous round.

Sinner has not given up on the set yet – he’s only dropped 36 games in five games in the last 15 weeks. He then played Clean-Be Tennis against Bublik, who had made his major quarterfinal debut.

The next sinner will be on the semi-finals Friday against 24-time major champion Novak Djokovic or third Alexander Zverev, Paris’s 2024 runner-up.

The other men’s semi-finals will be Alcalaz, the second against the 8th Lorenzo Musetti. They won the quarterfinals on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old Thinner is a three-time Grand Slam champion. This includes last year’s US Open and this year’s Australian Open, which marked his consecutive win with the Majors to 19 games.

He was the first man from Italy and reached the six slam semi-finals.
