Manchester United are deeply connected to the movement of Brentford attacker Brian Mbeumo this summer.

The 25-year-old stands out for the Premier League bees and he is undoubtedly one of the best attackers in British football right now. Manchester United will need to improve their offensive units, and Cameroon International will be the ideal acquisition.

Mbeumo is also linked to Arsenal.

According to a Times report, the player is currently making £50,000 a week at Brentford. However, he will demand a wage of around £250,000 to join Manchester United. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United is ready to accept his demands.

There is no doubt that he is a quality player and he will improve them very much. But Manchester United wouldn’t want to break the club’s wage structure. They would probably want to convince him to accept a more reasonable wage. It is still unknown how the situation will develop. The Red Devils must also secure an agreement with his club.

He is a key player for Brentford and they wouldn’t want to lose him easily. Manchester United may have to pay a premium to complete the transaction.

Man United need quality signatures

It was a disappointing season for Manchester United, finishing close to the relegation zone. For clubs of their height, it’s simply unacceptable and they need to bounce back strong next year. For that to happen, you need a quality player. Cameroon International was able to take them to a whole new level with attacks.

It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can close the move in the coming weeks. Apart from dynamic attackers like him, they also need to invest in reliable centers that can consistently score.
