Insider confirms his desire to join Brighton Man United

Man United hopes to sign a few this summer, and defense is an area that can be addressed by the club’s athletic division. There’s a range of new wingbacks and Pervis Estupinan might be someone who fits the bill.

Espinenan has been a consistent performer for Brighton since joining from Villarreal in 2022. In total, he has made 104 appearances, of which 36 appeared between 2024 and 25. But that campaign looks like his last in the club. He is reportedly keen on the summer exit.

And Ecuador International is believed to be set to transition to a Premier League rival.

According to a soccer insider, former scout Mick Brown has revealed that Estinan is prioritizing his move to Man United by informing him of his intention to leave Brighton.

“Estupinan is about to leave Brighton, which is a strange situation in Brighton. They’ve been praised for a lot for recruiting, but there are players who want to leave.

“His agents have informed many clubs of his availability and from what I’ve heard he wants to join Man United. I think he’s a decent player, but I don’t think that will be a priority for them. Luke Shaw hopes he can keep his fit, and they bought Dolg in January and they won Harry Amas as well.

“Their priorities are at the heart and midfield so we don’t expect them to move for Estinan. He’s a player he’d previously hoped for and I’m sure he still has admirers, but unfortunately he seems to have moved.”

It is still unknown that Estinan will end at the beginning of September when the summer transfer window closes. But for now it seems unlikely he will be in Old Trafford.
