  • Enzo Maresca wants a wider attacker

Chelsea have been locked in negotiations with Borussia Dortmund and are in regular contact as both clubs are nearing the crucial stages of signing highly rated English winger Jamie Bino Giten.

According to Fabrizio Romano, a new bid from Chelsea is expected to be imminent, following a positive early debate between the two aspects.

The 20-year-old attacker made clear his intentions. He wants to move to Chelsea despite interest from several other clubs.

Borussia Dortmund is now fully aware of the player’s stance and understands that he may have to make a decision about his future soon.

The German giants remain reluctant to lose another young talent, but they are also realistic about the need to negotiate on their terms if the right offer comes.

Joining Dortmund from the Manchester City youth system in 2020, Bynoe-Gittens has evolved into one of the most exciting young wingers in European football.

Chelsea sees Bynoe-Gittens as a long-term investment, showing how they acted in the transfer market in recent seasons.

The club’s focus remains on signing an emerging talent that can be molded into a regular on the first team under the Enzo Maresca watch.

Consultations between the two clubs are ongoing and a formal proposal will be submitted by Chelsea in the coming days.

As negotiations continue, all eyes will remain at Stamford Bridge to see if the Blues can land one of England’s brightest offensive prospects.
