The Spurs boss discusses him in the Lilywhites hierarchy.
The Spurs had real issues with last season in terms of age and squad balance, and their lack of depth has prompted former manager Anse Post Coglow to use teenagers on a much more regular basis than he originally wanted.
Young Archie Gray was thrown particularly deep into the edges, playing regularly in centre half without Mickey Van de Ben and Christian Romero before Kevin Danso joined Lily White in January.

The 19-year-old has done very well to deal with incredible liability on his shoulder during his injury period for the Spurs team, but Frank wants to make sure he doesn’t get as short as his predecessor in terms of proven backups.
According to the recent BBC, signing more know-how and several years of players is considered one of Tottenham’s priorities in the summer window, and Champions League qualifications should allow additional funds to do this.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that Levy will start putting cash on children over 30. Because you can win many games at the top level starting at a very young age.

“I think that’s what we, not just clubs who enter the Champions League, understand that. It’s the most elite sport in Europe and is in great demand.

Tottenham is targeting sportscharleroy midfielder Adem Zorgane
According to DZ Foot, Sporting Charleroi midfielder Adem Zorgane has emerged as a target for Spurs.
The 25-year-old is called a “complete, young, experienced player” and could be used for just £9 million. This slight price tag has changed heads in north London, with Tottenham looking closely at Zolgan ahead of any potential moves.
The 15-cap Algeria International has been captain of his side, thanks to his consistent and reliable display, and has made 41 appearances in all competitions last year as a mainstay in Rique des Milles’ starting eleven.
However, Zolgan has confirmed that he can move to new meadows, opening the door for Frank’s side to offer opportunities in the Premier League.
“I’ve been here for four years,” Zolgan said. “It’s difficult to stay at that long club when you want to go further.”
